"Experiência muito positiva de 3 noites. As instalações do hotel são muito boas como piscina climatizada, jacuzzi e sauna úmida (muito boa por sinal). Quartos espaçosos e limpos. Chuveiro muito bom. Toalhas nem tanto, não são macias. Café da manhã farto e variado. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Há um salão de beleza no hotel com diversos serviços de beleza, achei muito interessante. Localização ótima, perto do shopping e comércios. Ponto negativo pro Wi Fi que toda hora cai tanto no celular...

"Great hotel in an excellent location close to everything. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. The rooftop relaxation area is very nice, and the view of Serra do Curral makes the place even more pleasant. The room was good and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and in urgent need of renovation."

"Old, noisy room. Traffic noise through the dilapidated windows. Paint was peeling off the old windows frames. Hair on the shower floor. Hard water stains down the walls in the bathroom. In one of the sinks, the cold water did not work, and judging by the stains around it, it must have been disconnected because it was leaking. Breakfast buffet very poor. Dinner was over priced for poor quality food.
Altogether very disappointing, and desperately in need of renovation."
