"Fomos realocados noutro hotel (Nacional Inn Belo Horizonte). A cozinha oferecia serviço precário para outras refeições; recebemos informações desencontradas sobre preços de diárias de estacionamento (e nos cobraram os preços mais altos); um dos manobristas se mostrou indisposto a buscar o carro num dia de grande movimento no entorno; e não gostamos da recomendação de deixar as toalhas no chão para que fossem trocadas na limpeza."

"The staff, the food, the atmosphere are all great. Very clean. This was our second time staying there. We haven’t really used the other amenities such as the pool yet but hope to on another visit. "

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Mineirão. The rooms are in bad shape, dirty walls, dirty floors, carpets are filthy and stained. This would not be a one-star hotel in the US, much less a 3-star property; beware. "
