"What a way to be welcomed to Victoria Falls! Last time I was here was in December 2005 and I stayed at what at the time was the epitome of luxury (Elephant Hills). The lodge exceeded my very high expectations and I will look for reasons to stay there again in the near future. The spa was top notch and I am a big spa goer all over the world."

"We had an amazing stay; the only issue was the lack of information from the desk when we checked in. We were not informed that there was a shuttle bus; we only found out when we were looking to get a taxi to get into town. The view from the hotel is amazing. The shuttle bus drivers have good customer care. Bar service was a bit slow and could do with paying more attention to guests. We would stay at Lokuthula on our next trip."
