"A really wonderful Zimbabwe hotel. The staff is fantastic from Grace in reception to Tembe at breakfast to the driver Pardon and everyone in between. The property is very nice for relaxing after enjoying all the activities available. We did walk into town and to the falls. But if it’s too far for some people to walk the hotel staff will arrange a taxi."

"We didn't stay long but really appreciated the Victoria Falls Hotel for its beautiful rooms and overall facility. Great afternoon tea (delicious) and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife cavorting on their lawn. Location was perfect for visiting the falls. "

"This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire"
