"Woken up by leaf blower at 8am two days in a row. When complained to front desk the first day they said they would let manager know but it happened again the next day. I understand there it outside noise but do not expect to have a leaf blower going off at 8am right next the windows when you're staying at a hotel Also housekeeping didn't change out dirty cups or take dirty plates. "

"You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open which was not disclosed during booking. "

"While this is a good value for the money for a one bedroom with separate kitchenette and living area, this is basically 2nd or 3rd rate for a timeshare unit. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on and bed isn't the best. Didn't provide some very basics, such as dish soap to wash dishes and pans which are provided (luckily, we brought our own)."
