"I was not given my room for check in until 8:30 PM my room is not ready by housekeeping and there is nothing we can do with that
Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned
That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation
TV does not have any connection to cables or anything
Breakfast is poor
The only good thing is the location very close to the convention center and the price is relatively better compared to other local hotels"

"Room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed. Great shower with superb water pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast (for which we paid $10 extra) was mediocre and underwhelming: eggs, sausage, muffins and mediocre coffee. No yogurt and very limited fruit selection. If you have a car, I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel."

"The concierge/front desk employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I got charged for early check in fee and after my stay they refused to give me a receipt. I had to call multiple times and get transferred to accounting department after wasting an hour talking to different employees."
