"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nicole from the bar was very nice, Luis and Wilfredo- the from desk guys, very helpful and the driver that took me to my family’s home and to the airport (I can’t remember his name) we felt very safe and if it wasn’t for him, we would not have made it to my family’s home, thank God he had knowledge of the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"What I think should probably be done is the curtains that are facing the street and the 3rd floor for example they should be washed periodically as you could tell how dirty they are from the fifth from the outside. The shower heads should get changed as it to much water that gets out (wasting water). Work on the doors to actually shut by the pool, and back entrance as you have a lot of a/c escaping that can be causing electrical bill to be slightly higher."
