"Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avais pas ma réservation ! on nous a mis dans une chambre. Et l'en demain ils ont retrouvés ma réservation dans les spam !... pour conclure, j'ai pas eu la chambre que j'ai réservé. ils mettent des prix dans un livret et après il enlève les tarifs et nous factures sur un autre tarif... Je ne conseillerais pas cette hotel à mes amis ce qui est déjà fait !"

"I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…"

"This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

"I stayed for three days in March 2023 at Manga Soa Lodge. Like most hotels in Nosy Be the road leading to the hotel is not the best. But once you arrive you instantly feel that your are in paradise. I had my own lodge that the personnel kept very clean and tidy. The restaurant served excellent meals, needless to say the seafood is incredible. The staff will help you with arranging trips to other parts of the island. I had a great time in the Lokobe National Park. I hope to visit this amazing...

"Das Hotel ist mit hochwertigen Materialien gebaut. Solarstrom und warmes Wasser gibt es rund um die Uhr. Leider sind die Bungalows ( wahrscheinlich wegen des Windes) quer zum Strand ausgerichtet und haben deshalb nur einen eingeschränkten, manche nur einen sehr eingeschränkten Meerblick. Der Strand eignet sich kaum zum Baden, da das Wasser sehr flach und voller Algen ist. Der Swimmingpool ist schön. Leider liegt er vom Meer abgewendet. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr gut, nicht ganz billig und könnten...
