"Andy and Gretel have made the Customs house into an amazing place to stay. We stayed in the Policeman's apartment and on arrival realized right away that we'd made a mistake to book only one night - we should have booked several just for the experience of staying in this house longer! "The part that stood out was the location. The house was nestled in a grove of trees loaded with native birds. Lots of cockatoos greeted us every morning and evening! "

Excellent hot shower. Nice shared kitchen. Couldn't connect to the internet but neither could Ned Kelly. It'll give you a glimmering of what society's misfits and villains experienced."

"Booked two bedroom apartments but given a studio room without kitchen, dining and lounge room. When asked to Staff, they said those type of rooms are not belongs to the property anymore. No respond and apologies from the Management. "

"The hotel is in an older building, but the rooms are all freshly renovated. In fact, the hotel has a very classy feel to the classic architecture and yet with modern amenities. We also had a very generous breakfast at the restaurant. The parking was plentiful and the location was very central.Highly recommend."
