"The hotel is in an older building, but the rooms are all freshly renovated. In fact, the hotel has a very classy feel to the classic architecture and yet with modern amenities. "Booked two bedroom apartments but given a studio room without kitchen, dining and lounge room. When asked to Staff, they said those type of rooms are not belongs to the property anymore. No respond and apologies from the Management. "

"It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down."
