"Staff were amazing, very helpful, and kind. Room was very spacious and clean, so much room for DC! Right across from Trader Joe’s, easy access to the Metro and pleasant to walk around Georgetown. The only negative experience was the horribly lumpy pillows. That first night, I just couldn’t sleep, they were so bad. The next night, I put the couch side arm pillow in a pillowcase, and it was fine! Had no problems sleeping after that."

"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...
