"The property and building are fine, very nice. The room was very good, with good A/C, good TV, good bed, good water pressure, good water temperature, and good amenities. The food was very good, but the waitress in the restaurant was TERRIBLE. She preferred chatting with the other waiters to even checking if there was water. The wait time for the food was terrible—an hour! Well, at least it tasted good. They said they applied the senior citizen discount, but I checked the bill and it was a lie. I complained and they refunded me in cash because they didn't know how to use the credit card terminal. I think this hotel still needs to improve its procedures. But it's very nice and cozy despite everything."

"No hot water. Strange sewage smell. No water pressure. No coffee makers or coffee available on site. No blankets on beds. We had to ask for towels for the room. I would not consider this a hotel. More like a hostel. I was sorely disappointed. Paid over 100.00 per night for this? Not again. "
