"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "

"El hotel es excelente, me encantó la vista y está practicamente dentro del mall. No le doy los 5 puntos solo por dos cosas, no tienen opción de huevos fritos ni tortillas en el desayuno y el huevo revuelto de ellos parece una sopa, deben darle opciones a los clientes aunque sea con cargo extra y lo segundo, usamos la lavandería y nos cobraron US$2.25 por cada par de calcetines que mandamos a lavar, yo no estaba familiarizada con la moneda y vi 2,000 pesos chilenos y dije, no debe ser mucho, pero...

"Amazing farm to table food, great views andoverall awesome property. The staff was very helpful and nice. My only negative point is that there was a massive storm and it rained inside my room. When i mentionned it they just came with a bucket, so i heard the rain drops all night long. The price you pay, i would have hope to be relocated. A part from that it was a great stay! "
