"Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast.
Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!"

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well.
The staff were all very kind and helpful.
It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre.
I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :)
Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...
