"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing experience. "La habitación estaba limpia. El aire acondicionado estaba muy bien y fresco. Nos hemos quedado 5 veces ya en ese hotel. La atención del personal no es amable, pareciera que les debes un favor a ellos, nada destacable, no te siente bienvenido por ellos, ya nos ha pasado las últimas dos veces.
La habitación no tenía slippers ni albornoz, pero otros huéspedes si lo tenían. Así como tampoco nos mencionaron las toallas para subir a la piscina.

"Rooms were a good size. A plus was a bath and shower although you have improvise and make your own plug . The bar is a bit limited but there are plenty of nearby places. A big plus is its right next to the bus and train station and the number 1 tram line which gives you access to the rest of the city.
