Very clean hotel , good sized room and comfortable bed. Reception staff friendly and allowed early check in and a delayed checkout after the Alicante half marathon. Good Buffett breakfast.

The room was good but the bedding was thin and torn. The towels were old, grey and thin. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. There was a mistake made too that the hotel would not honour. We asked for an extra night
.they quoted €30 but then when we checked in they said that was for an extra bed and quoted us €165 for an extra night. We went to a different hotel. Facilities were good, breakfast was first class. It was very noisy at night with drunken guests and every night was disturbed in the early hours, so not too restful

My father and I stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast manager has been really nice and the Fronk desk has also been nice in terms of guiding us for restaurants and places to visit around the area. If you want to go out of town use the bus for confort and not the tram

City break in Alicante

we spent 7 nights on a family city break to Alicante . The hotel is just on the periphery of the city centre but its easy access to the shops and restaurant. Hotel staff were all friendly and aproachable and helped make it an enjoyable stay.

Hotel was very close to a lovely shady & leafy walkway which easily connects you to the Marina, busy beach, Castle & beautiful historic City. Very clean hotel, good breakfast & room. Pool was quite small & roof top was very hot.

Lovely hotel, would stay here again, very clean, staff constantly cleaning, very helpful. @20 min walk to main part with beach, restaurants etc, pool/sun bathing area very busy on the Saturday, couldn’t get anywhere to sit, towels left on chairs

Easy to get to from airport bus, easy to walk into town/harbour/beach. Nice reception area and very clean room. Slightly smoky smell in room when we arrived, but this soon disappeared.
