"Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Jimena, the breakfast hostess, who was such a delight every morning — so kind and welcoming! Also, the lovely lady who checked us in (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The bartender on the rooftop was fantastic with such great energy and personality, and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. Overall, just an amazing experience — we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Madrid!"

"An amazing experience in itself. Madrid is a wonderful city. But this hotel made the experience even better. We stayed at suite red level or what should be in the US club level. The amenities and services that it included are amazing and plenty. The Hotel looks and feels new, elegant and yet modern. They have pretty good gym facilities. But the star are the employees. Such great attention to detail. They seem to really enjoy imaging your trip special and unforgettable. Best hotel experience. "
