"We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars."

"La prima cosa importante e stata la pulizia della camera. Camera semplice ma pulita e comoda. L unica piccola pecca .. non era prensente il phon nel bagno ma nulla di grave. L hotel e in ottima posizione per il centro città ( 5 min a piedi) ma a 20 min in macchina dalla zona lago ... ma anche questo non e stato un problema ! Ottima la colazione."
