Unfortunately, the self check-in didn’t work, though the lady at the front desk kindly helped us complete a standard check-in instead. Because of the self check-in issue, we also couldn’t get access to the wifi. I sent a message about it but never received a response."

"The bathroom smelled musty and unpleasant. We had to evacuate as a fire alarm went off. Bed comfortable, no water or tea and coffee available in room. Won't book here again."

"Make sure you know what you’re getting from Expedia as it differs from the photo. Had we have known the family room we were offered was up 2 flights of stairs one being a wobbly spiral staircase we would have opted for something else. No staff on site on arrival, travel cot provided was broken."

"C’est parce que nous ne pouvions pas mettre 6 étoiles sinon, nous l’aurions fait. Notre séjour c’est excellemment bien passé ! De l’accueil à notre arrivée jusqu’au petit déjeuner où tout est fait maison, en passant par la chambre à la décoration très soignée, tout a été parfait. N’hésitez pas une seconde, si vous souhaitez du calme et de l’authentique, allez y !"
