"What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful location, calm peaceful with lovely gardens. A short drive from Alcenon which has a selection of excellent restaurants A first class continental breakfast provided by the fabulous hostess. A selection of beers and wines available for purchase. Great value for money highly recommend we will definitely be back."

"Comfortable, clean and cheap! Perfect motel for an overnight stop. Convenient location with a great grill restaurant next door. Breakfast reasonable too. Family rooms have a mezzanine floor with two single beds that our kids loved."

"Great price and a lovely and helpful proprietor. To the people giving this hotel a bad review: if you want luxury, pay for it. There are no stairs and it's a three story building - this is publicised, so why complain? It's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The place is quirky and dated but that is it's charm. Highly recommend. Will be returning."
