"Do not book this hotel! We intended to stay at this hotel Sept 4-6, and Hurricane Irma made landfall on the 4th/5th. We had to cancel our plans to avoid getting trapped in a category 5 hurricane on an island that was in its direct path. "WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. "Even before we checked in, Kasha had helped us rent a Jeep and answered tons of questions for us. We stayed at the Island Oasis and it was such a relaxing place to return to each evening. "The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."

"I liked the privacy and seclusion which made it peaceful and relaxing. The property itself is marvelous and they pay attention to every detail. Food and service were excellent I did not like the condition of the road leading into and around the resort. Very rugged and in disrepair. Very poor for driving since the roads are so narrow."
