This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. "Samuel, front desk staff, made the experience a horrible one because he was extremely impolite, unwelcoming, and condescending when I arrived to check in. The resort has otherwise been incredible but an uncouth first impression by employee Samuel, made me wish I had booked a different resort. So I hope the management will address this issue because if they don't, their reputation will be tarnished all because of one employee. "
