"Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay...

"We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options...

"This hotel was amazing. Staff knew us by name and helped us with everything we needed included seeing up ebikes and a guide to visit Angkor Wat last minute. The rooms were immaculate. Free tuktuk to Pub St. The swim up pool bar was great in the afternoon when it was hot. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend."
