"The staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and very personable. We enjoyed the variety of activities and felt like we could really play and relax. My only negative comments are that the mattress was a little old and the window shades were really quite dirty and a new adjustment pole was needed. Aside from that I appreciate it. They all cotton linens. It was a cozy place to stay and we enjoyed it."

"It was a great place to stay, very close to the river and waterfalls. Great viewpoints just about 10mins from there. The kids playground was very useful and also a swimming pool and hot tub. Restaurant next to the hotel, very convenient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean but the toilet made a sound when flushed. Hot water for shower and accommodating request for room cleaning since we had kids with us. Overall a great stay."

"This hotel is a great location just outside the park. The rooms are fine. I gave 3 stars because the staff is kinda rude and I booked this hotel for the laundry. There was 1 working washer which was in use. It was only open til 9 pm. And did not open til 10 am We got there at 8 pm and we're leaving in the morning. They told me too badok that's their policy. Got it Anyway there were more issues. the hotel is fine. Good luck if you want a washer or dryer. anytime I asked a question I was met...
