"Good option for Yosemite visitors if you can’t stay in the park. It clean and renovated and quite spacious. It’s 20 minutes drive to the park entrance but we didn’t realize that it’s another 40 minutes drive into the main area of the park. "

"Chicken Ranch has everything we need. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kus, she’s nailed all the drinks and super down to earth. I think this is probably one of the best place that near Yosemite (about 2hrs away). Great place to relax with pools and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"This is an older, historic hotel, and you can tell they try really hard to keep it up while preserving its history. It’s clean, and the staff is AMAZING and friendly. I always stay here if rooms are available, and get a lake view room. Location can’t be beat! "

"It was clean, staff was friendly and very comfortable. Has a nice porch to sit on, activities if you wish to use and a restaurant. Some of the food is good and some not so good, but overall a nice place to stay."
