"The staff that check you in are all so helpful. They explain things thoroughly. I love that they offer chairs, towel and umbrella and have people that can help you set that up. I didn't take advantage but they offer the use of their bikes. That is a real plus for those that want to go a little further from the hotel or for a little exercise. "The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for breakfast, would have liked a dishwasher😂 but not a deal breaker! Front staff was fantastic and didn’t just hand us a brochure on where everything was but actually showed us where everything was located, it was a very nice touch. Made us feel welcomed and definitely worth the price. Can’t wait to go back again."

"The room had mold all over on the ceiling and was extremely moist. All of my items/clothes that we had with us on this trip were damp the whole time. I even brought paper plates and they warped because of the moisture in the room. My family stayed in a different room and although they had the same problem, it wasn’t as bad as in mine."
