"Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Every single member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Location was excellent. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely come back to St. Louis and will definitely stay at this hotel!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place will nickel and dime you on everything. Not to mention, it’s an old hotel so the whole vibe here was just way off and kind of spooky to be honest. My Friend and I didn’t even last 2 hours before we darted."

"The only downside I would say would be the espresso machine in the hotel room instead of an actual coffee machine, and the park beside the hotel has a bit of possibly a drug/homelessness problem. Oftentimes we did not feel comfortable walking near it or outside but the abundance of staff around made it better."

"You have to pay for parking $45 for 5 hours or $55 a day Hotel being renovated but was clean and safe with security "

"The A/C in my room would not cool the room. The maintenance person came to look at it, left and never returned. Lukewarm water for the shower. Non-existent staff to assist. The location is poor; 20 minute walk to downtown, with no restaurants or attractions nearby. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was over priced and average at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
