"The hotel is very beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We especially loved the valet associate AJ, he was super helpful, friendly, and very inviting. Any time we needed something we forgot out of our car (about 3-4 times) he was happy to help and not once seemed upset with us which is hard to find. Out of everyone we encountered he was the most pleasant and inviting! All around a very nice place to stay."

"The view and hotel is beautiful great location.. Some of the Staff were very very rude.. VERY.. Other than that I would give EXCELLENT for my stay.. When you work in customer service.. Work with the public.. It does not hurt to give a smile and say good morning.. Good afternoon.. Good evening. How are you doing.. How may I assist you.. ACKNOWLEDGE them.."

"The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!"

"We could barely get the wifi to work in our room or anywhere on the property. We tried several times at several different locations and could not get it to work for our phones and it barely worked for my computer."

"Memphis can be a sketchy place, but this hotel wasn't. Front desk was helpful, room was clean/quiet and the breakfast was good. 10/10"

"The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive."

"Nice, quiet, and peaceful. Located in a quiet, convenient area, just off the highway. My room was kept clean by the custodians and maintenance. Reservations were easily scheduled. However, new mattress needed, water builds up in the tube during the shower, and air conditioner too loud. I had to turn it off for a peaceful sleep. Other than that, everything and each employee I encountered were topnotch!"
