"Booked a room here a day before, and the whole process was smooth! The staff was so welcoming. We had an issue with the AC in our room when we first got in, but maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of us calling down to the front desk. The only thing that was a bit cheap was the towel hook in front of the shower. It was falling off and attached with glue or some sort of sticky pad."

"Didnt quite understand their water/energy conservation program. Got 1 drink voucher for 1 person when agreeing to skip housekeeping bed linen & towel change for what I thought was every other day but they didnt attempt a cleaning until the last day of our 4 night - 5 day stay. I had to request clean towels on the 3rd day twice before they showed up in plastc bags outside our door and did not pick up the dirty ones. We had to gather them up & leave them outside our door. "I was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isn’t the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing...

"This was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. It smelled so good in the rec area and the layout was so unique. The room was clean and spacious the view was amazing. We will definitely give this hotel 5 out 5 stars "
