"My son and I did an impromptu overnight trip to explore Redding, Shasta and see Burney Falls. We were so happy to have stayed at this Best Western. The place was nice, clean and all the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and just overall amazing. One of the staff recommended great places to see and how best to maximize out one day visit in the area. So grateful to everyone there. And my sons loved the nice pool & spa! We look forward to going back again."

"The space was clean and very private. My daughter and I enjoyed the robes and slippers provided. The staff was very attentive. They provide breakfast, which they deliver to the room. It is very rustic, and they had a small garden on the property. It is only 1.5 miles from the Shasta Lake Caverns, which we visited. Unfortunately, there aren't any nearby restaurants. Everything was a 10-15 minute drive away. They mentioned a train might pass by, but we didn't hear it from our room, the Grey...
