"My experience at the Econo Lodge was extremely disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The rooms were in very poor condition, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the customer service was terrible. The staff showed very little interest in helping or resolving the issues we reported. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. "Beautiful room but uncomfortable pillows, needs full length mirror and mirror outside of bathroom. Very loud ac system. Hotel is under renovations but we were not told this at time of booking. Not a major inconvenience but a bit disruptive. Had to travel to another floor for ice machine. Great location and paid parking onsite is helpful"

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

The staff throughout the hotel provided professional service and made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with Starbucks and many other stores nearby.
