"The front desk was great! Housekeeping was terrible. Hardly cleaned room. Had to go down to front desk 3 days to get towels and toilet paper. They never even came into room. The resort fees you pay are way too much for the services. Never had a single waitress come by us at the pool and no entertainment except for DJ that just played music. Need better entertainment staff. Water park was a nice perk and many pools to select from. "

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. It was very spacious with a view of the pool and fireworks at night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were so nice and attentive. We needed extra conditioner and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! The property is beautifully maintained. The golf course was beautiful. The putt putt course was fun! The gym was very nice. Plenty of treadmills, bikes, rowing...

And love the different rooms with games for kids very nice hotel also dirent like that we weren’t able to get our breakfast upstairs apparently hotel rules they give you breakfast but can take up only if u buy it "
