"It was easy to check in valet personnel was nice and very understanding of my mother need extra time to get her self out the car. The bellman Rob was also very helpful. The staff around the casino where knowledgeable about the hotel layout. With i appreciated alot."

"I prepaid for the trip through expedia and was given an amount due at the property for resort fees and incidentals and when I arrived the amount was double what i was told and they were very rude and said sorry, it is what is basically. Staff at front desk is not very pleasant."

"Amazing stay. Our host Olivia was outstanding. She made sure we had everything we needed. Oliva checked on us evey now and then to see if we needed extra plates, towels. You name it she was v there for us making our stay unbelievable. She is highly recommended. Actually it was her first week at this facility. Olivia made a difference."

"I’ll never come back to this place, even if it’s for free. Broken shower, broken microwave, super dirty and terrible smell, all chairs and table on the pool area were broken as well and counting. Spend $250 for 2 nights, for sure didn’t worth it. I decided to stay anyway cause would be time to spend on a short trip and difficult to have a proper reimbursement since it’s through the app."

"I feel its the best place in Havasu to stay. It's close to everything. The rooms are awesome and the staff is great. Beats the OUTDATED London Bridge and Heat resorts. Highly recommend this place."

"Check in was so easy. Communication was great. Constant email check-ins with clear instructions on what to expect upon arrival and how to get in. There is no one on site. I only stayed 1 night. The grounds are very clean and super cute. I stayed in wagon 6. The view from it is beautiful. The wagons are next eachother but a good distance away.
