"I booked two pet-friendly rooms online, including what was advertised as a suite. When we arrived, we were informed that the suite was not actually available as a pet-friendly room and one of our reservations was downgraded to a much smaller, lower-quality room. Despite receiving a significantly different room than what was booked, there was no adjustment to the rate. To make matters worse, the downgraded room did not have a working TV, and the overall condition and amenities were nowhere near...

"Staff were really polite, the breakfast cook did a great job. Parking was also very easily accessible. My only complaint is that the shampoo bottle in our room was empty on arrival, so no one probably checked it."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it so much the first time that we came back. Rooms are clean and tidy, front desk was friendly, complimentary breakfast was really good compared to other hotels (eggs and bacon/sausage daily, fresh waffles, etc.), and every night was reasonably priced. Overall, well worth the price and we had a very pleasant stay."
