"We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. "The good:
Has a pool and hot tub, which was nice for the kids. The staff is accommodating. The breakfast was acceptable.
The bad:
Hallways did not smell nice. Room was damp and had a musty smell. AC did not work well. Fridge/freezer was off when we got there, freezer was defrosted and full of water, which I had to bail out with the ice bucket and dry with a bathroom towel. Bathroom sink was minuscule and the wood was rotting underneath. Under and behind the bed was disgusting, full of dust...
