"Cet hôtel n'existe pas!! Malgré plusieurs réclamations, hotels.com ne veut pas me rembourser!! J'ai donc payé Hotels.com pour un hotel qui n'existe pas ET j'ai dû REPAYER pour pouvoir quand même dormir dans une chambre d'un autre hôtel. Bref, FUYEZ cet hôtel fantôme !!"

"This is an absolutely gorgeous property. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom suite with a partial ocean view but the room had no view at all. The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided. The photos also showed a patio that rolled out onto a private pool area, also not included at our room.
