"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, easily adjustable temperature, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and takeaway morning coffee will have us booking this hotel again if we're ever in the area. Easy in- and- out adjacent parking (no waiting and tipping a valet!) was a bonus. Although Cincy definitely has some rough spots we felt very safe at this hotel in a walkable area. "
