"Breakfast was excellent and room was nice!"

"We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups."

"Such a fun and unique style to this amazing hotel. Every detail was social media gold. More importantly the suite was huge, very clean. The balcony was the only reason we stayed here because they are incredibly difficult to find, but were blown away by the decor. It is also extremely quiet with incredible views of the college area buildings and homes. In addition, parking is connected to the hotel. There is a great little bar downstairs with a friendly, talented bartender. We like that there...

"The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent."

"Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible. The bed was sitting crooked on bed frame and looked hideous. Bed looked like a teenager made it...

"Nice place but service inconsistent. When we arrived we were told that food was available at the bar. By a bartender. Later that night we sat down to order food and a different bartender told us they didn't take food orders. About 15 minutes later another person at the bar had food delivered to them by the kitchen."

"We were surprised to find out that a dinner buffet with three adult drinks were also included in the stay, free of charge. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and thoughtfully laid out."
