Cari Hotel di Kaunti Cuyahoga

"Clean rooms location"

"First room we were given was either still being used or was never cleaned:("

"Ev chargers would a nice addition."

"This was a very affordable hotel that made our trip feel like we were royalty. They offer so many free amenities including our favorite touch of freshly popped popcorn in the lobby and free drinks at the lounge during your stay."

"Absolutely lovely and first class"

"Everything was fine. The breakfast was partial the first day and coffee service could be extended a little longer for customer's convenience."

"Clean and convenient"

"Always clean. Staff is always helpful. The day staff is just wonderful there."

"Broken glass in the parking lot. Outdated room with torn curtains, poor room lighting, holes in lampshade. Ice bucket with broken handle. Toilet with brown streaks inside of bowl and filth around outside base. Room not cleaned between the 2 nights we stayed - leaving us no clean towels to use. Only plus was free parking. Looked like nice pool and hot tub which we did not use. Breakfast was offered for a fee. Pillows comfortable; beds were lumpy. I would not recommend staying here!"

"Everything is old and cleaning is not detailed. Bathroom floor was not cleaned in the corners. Breakfast was fine. Staff nice and helpful. Parking is a surface lot and feels unsafe. But car was OK in the morning."

"The room was reasonably priced for being mid-town. The shower had great water pressure. The room was clean, and comfortable. The down side, was no coffee machine in the room. I'm a very early riser, and would like to enjoy a cup, before I leave my room. We will stay again for the close proximity to Downtown Cleveland and the Cleveland Clinic."

"We arrived a little late, around 11:30pm, and there was one person at the desk. They were on the phone with a difficult guest, but despite two guests in front of them trying to check in with heavy bags, they barely noticed us and continued to talk on the phone. It was completely unprofessional, and we waited fifteen minutes. They should have put the client on hold and address us. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a check in counter. It seemed like nobody wanted to assist us....
