"Staff were all friendly. Room was clean. The issue was the wall. It was so thin and I could hear everything in the room next door. Check in time was 4pm and out time was 11am but I wish it was 3pm for in and noon for out the price you pay. There were only two small elevators and when checking out, they were both full before they came to our floors and had to wait a few times."

"This hotel was fine for a very quick trip to the city, we were barely in the room. I will say that our room smelled like smoke, unfortunately. The staff were very helpful and offered to switch our rooms or spray. The room was very basic, not cozy but clean. Fine for an in and out stay."

"Surprisingly nice hotel with a really decent included breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, make-your-own waffles, lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, hot oatmeal, breads, bagels and muffins with a toaster and more). Our king bed room was a nice size with a couch and desk, and the front desk was terrific, accommodating our early check-in and late check-out, in addition to holding our bags. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient with fabulous restaurants nearby and Navy Pier...
