"Der Service ist super in den Bars ist super aber am Strand kann kann nicht einmal ins Wasser gehen ohne von Verkäufern belästigt zu werden. Das Abendprogramm ist so lala . Der entertainment manger ist übermotiviert und selbstverliebt. Man bekommt immer Getränke mit übermäßig viel Eis und man muss jedes mal darauf hinweisen man möchte wenig Eis in seinem Drink, ansonsten sind die Getränke verwässert. Der Roomservice ist ok aber man wird täglich von irgendwelchen Trolleys die am Zimmer vorbei...

"The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous."
