"We had the most amazing experience. Our driver Errose was AMAZING! From the time he picked us from the airport to driving us back, he was attentive, and helpful! I wish I could copy and paste Errose service everywhere we went. The staff at hotel was attentive and accommodating. The views from the hotel and from our room are incomparable to anywhere I've been. The staff and the Sentido Norte was accommodating to my wife's food choices. Since she us vegan. They gave impeccable service and it was such a well curated experience. We ledt feeling like this was home. This is a GEM and we would highly recommend!!! Pura Vida!!"

"This was exactly what we were looking for on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. The location was fantastic, with a lively, upscale atmosphere and plenty of restaurants, shops, and people enjoying the area. We loved being able to walk around and soak in the local vibe. Naomi was exceptional! She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Every interaction with her left us smiling. The bartenders were also wonderful, the food was consistently delicious, and the security staff made me feel safe each evening while traveling with my teenage daughter. One experience I'll never forget is when Lydia and I were caught in a rip current. The lifeguards were watching closely, responded immediately, and rescued us. Their professionalism and quick actions likely saved our lives, and I will always be grateful. The only thing to be aware of is that vendors regularly walk the beach selling souvenirs, tours, and other items. They're persistent but respectful, and a simple "No, gracias" works well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Great staff, excellent food, a beautiful location, and an atmosphere that made us feel relaxed and welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"There isn’t much to not like about this resort. It’s great for families, going with friends or even a work retreat. The bungalows are spacious and modern. The lighting is rather dim though which is hard for us older people! There are plenty of food choices and the buffet had a lot to choose from. The only negative food experience was the $99 wine pairing. It was truly horrible but everything else was so great, we didn’t remember that snafu for long. The staff were very professional and did their jobs well. Everything exuded luxury. The reliable shuttle service made you forget the property was huge. Super convenient. The beach and pools were definitely a highlight. I would without a doubt recommend this property to anyone."
