"The property was so clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing that really shocked me was the price of the buffet breakfast $42 I think this is very expensive."

"This is a clean and modern hotel. The rooms are quite small – and the beds were doubles, not queen size – but it fit our needs for a one-night stay and the layout is efficient. The pools were especially excellent: clean and refreshing. Dinner and breakfast were tasty, although the former is a bit pricey. Minor pieces of feedback for management: 1) Sinks need pressure reducers, 2) Showers need better seals as they leak onto the bathroom floor, and 3) Airport shuttle was 15 minutes late to the scheduled time. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and slightly preferred it to the Hilton nearby."

"Beautiful property with a lot of activities to enjoy and magical sites to explore. This includes a pool, hiking trails, several waterfalls and natural pools in the river, and the hot springs and mineral mud. Nice variety of tours too- the horseback riding/ tubing combo trip was fantastic! We loved the convenience of everything on the property! The breakfast buffet was very good, beds were comfortable, and service was helpful. We liked it so much, we extended our stay."

"The front desk, bartenders and shuttle drivers are the best!! They go out of their way to make everything perfect!! The location is what makes this resort great...the views are awesome. The beach area is nice! The rooms are a bit dated and we did not have hot water the first 2 days... and it wasn't for lack of the staff trying!! They did finally fix it and that helped immensely!! Housekeeping staff was mediocre at best. The food was really good... we would visit again!"

From the start, the welcome drink and refreshing towels, to the delicious food at the buffet every single time, to amazing staff, and to the great location right on the beach- everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making our stay in Costa Rica a happy one! Would love to come back again"
