"My family and I were in awe of the hotel and the aesthetics were amazing! Everything was so beautiful to look at, even the hallways! We were so impressed with all the details that went into the hotel. We loved the amenities (a big gym, a spa, two pools/hot tub). Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had temporarily misplaced my water bottle and one staff member was helpful in trying to track it down- she even called our room later in the day to see if I found it. Our only disappointments were that the basketball hoop was broken, only one tennis court, and I had overlooked the advertised cost of the Father’s Day buffet so I was shocked when we got the bill of $200 for two kids and two adults. It had also been sub par. We had arrived toward the later end of the buffet and the food had been sitting out for hours with lots of flies. I wished we had not done the pricey buffet, but other than that, we were so thrilled by our experience and would definitely come again."
