"the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both."

"Ok
Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.
However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

"The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet."

Our family will not book a stay anywhere else in Manhattan; unless, there isnt an available room.
We stay in Manhattan frequently for Healthcare, and this is BY FAR the BEST place to stay!"
