"Very nice and secured hotel. Room is big with Balinese theme. Staffs were very helpful and location is strategic close to Summeracon mall. Breakfast spread was good, satisfied stay. Wiill come back again for my next business trip."

"Most of was great. Just too much mosquitoes. Ohh the foods at the bars were too long to ready and very small portion for that amount"

"Newly open hotel since Feb 2024, fresh, convenient, looks elegant and clean. I really love the ambience, the breakfast food (there is lontong and mie goreng so delicious) they also had games room and karaoke room setup every weekend, also free electric bicycle for 15-20minutes around the hotel. Very recommended to stay even with your family. Please keep your property well maintain and I hope I can go back in next future. "

"There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area. "

"From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again."
