"the first room smelled horribly of dog. Jared at the front desk was so helpful and quickly moved us to a new room which was so much better. ( i travel with a pet but have never needed to change a room) everyone was so helpful and nice. we were there 5 days and it was a lovely stay. the bathroom could use an extra scrub in the shower but otherwise all good. and they have excellent coffee which we really enjoyed!!"
