"Pro: excellent location.staff nice Cons: No elevator. I'm 71 year old man, they put me on the top floor even though I booked months in advance. The girl at the tour desk organised a taxi for us,his name was Raymond. This man robbed us! Beware, if you want a taxi go outside and walk 30 meters to your right. Taxis will be parked there and offer reasonable prices."

Ansonsten ist das Lookout-Café einfach toll mit dem Ausblick. Die Häuser sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr neu. Man will am liebsten dort sofort einziehen. Alles top! "The lodge is amazing, but unfortunately, the roads in Zimbabwe are crumbling and brutal. It took 6 hours to travel 275 km to the hotel from Bulawayo. Strongly recommend flying into Victoria Falls and driving from their. Still bad roads but much better than from the South."
