"Excelente localización de la playa. Mala comunicación del personal de recepción acerca de la transportación. Me comuniqué con ellos con varios días de antelación informándoles que una de las compañeras del grupo llegaba Domingo. "Location, Location, Location. Hotel is directly across the street from the West End Beach. The hotel supplies Loungers and towels, which is great. If there was one thing they could improve on, it's the Breakfast. After the first day, i brought it to the attention of the very nice server that it could have been better. I ordered the American Breakfast.....so they made it better by adding another egg and more potatoes for my second one. I don't eat bacon and that is why they added the extra...

"The facility is meticulously cared for, the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional when addressing hotel residents. My only complaint is the frequent power outage that occurs to no fault of the hotel owners, but due to the energy challenges the country is confronting. The hotel ownership have their own power plant to compensate for the outage which is very effective in complementing the said challenge."
