"Check in was efficient and friendly. We were travelling with bikes and secure storage was offered without asking.
The room was clean and spacious and the Air Conditioning was a welcome relief from the high temperatures we had been experiencing.
Water coolers were also placed on each floor which was very considerate.
I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We stay regularly before getting le shuttle back to the UK. If staying for more than one night I would recommend getting one of the larger rooms."

"Very convenient if coming in using Eurostar. From the train arrival, we were in the hotel within 10 mins. Friendly staff, my room was near corner so larger than average compared to my friends. Very unlikely I’ll be in Lille again but highly recommend anyone who does go to book here."

"No ac during end april so had to leave window open and noise level was high all night until 5:00 am. Rooms were also worn. "

"The hotel is very central, however, my room was shabby and in need of refurbishment. I didn't find the staff very helpful in comparison to other places I've stayed, and the hotel amenities weren't explained to me. This is a small thing but there was no hairdryer in the room, on asking at reception, there is a shared one which isn't great if someone else already has it. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
My main concern was access to the hotel as a solo female traveller. It's...
