"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment....

"Very friendly and helpful service. Hôtel is conveniently located and the small spa is nice (although no pool). Food options however are limited. Breakfast is decent but avoid half board. The ground floor restaurant basically reuses left over breakfast items! "

"The accommodation was a bit cramped for five people with luggage, with limited storage. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"

"Hôtel bien situé avec une belle piscine couverte. Personnel très agréable. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Par contre, forte odeur désagréable de fuel dans les parties communes (La Tapiaz) durant tout le séjour. Pas possible de profiter du balcon de la chambre 5 sans être dérangé par le bruit de la ventilation de la piscine. Quelques détails qui pour moi font un peu « cheap » pour un 4* : pas de chaussons dans la chambre et des distributeurs de gel douche. La partie salée du petit déjeuné offre peu...
