"I would not stay here again. They did a horrible job with out room after reports of ants infestation and no English channels on the television. They waited 2 days to change my room. Staff was not helpful at all. The food was horrible. The steakhouse was not good. I would not recommend this place to stay in costa rica.
However our non alcoholic drinks was made to perfection by the female bartender who knew us by name."

"The resort is beautiful, with plenty of bars and activities to choose from. However, we had money stolen from our room, which was very concerning. When we reported it to the front desk, they only had us complete an incident report and never followed up, which was disappointing. I would strongly recommend using the safe for valuables.

If you’re staying to catch a flight in the morning, know that your sleep will be interrupted by the bass sound and people singing at the disco across the street AND all the kids running in the hallways and talking loud even after 10pm. Yes and even later that I needed to complain to the front desk.
